When it comes to keeping your account information safe, we have your back. We've implemented a multi-factor authentication process in Online Banking to prohibit fraudsters from impersonating you and accessing your accounts. This secure log-in process includes several enhanced measures to combat fraud. Instead of one screen where you enter your Member Number and PIN, you now enter your Member Number and Random Security Code.
- The first time you log in, you will be asked to enter five challenge questions and corresponding answers, as well as a Security Key Image.
- During subsequent logins, you may be asked to answer a challenge question and verify the Security Key Image that you select.
We've implemented this extra security to provide more peace of mind when you use Online Banking.
