CU 4 Reality Logo
Spending money has never been easier than it is for today's youth.

A coalition of credit unions, through America's Credit Union Museum's Financial Literacy Education Committee, has designed the first-ever, hands-on, comprehensive training package - CU 4 Reality™, centered on the dynamic interaction between students, educators, parents, credit unions and business volunteers. Also known as Reality Fairs, this experiential learning experience is a unique opportunity for students to experience some of the financial challenges they will face when they start life on their own.

Let's Keep It Real Logo
Let’s Keep it Real, an interactive financial presentation inspired by the game show Let’s Make a Deal, makes financial learning fun, while giving students an incentive to listen.

Knowing there are tangible prizes entices students to become engaged and retain the information, while observing the facts that will ultimately make them winners at life in the long run. Let’s Keep it Real introduces financial knowledge regarding credit, budgeting, wants, needs, and other aspects of smart money management.

Our financial counselors provide helpful suggestions so you can reach financial independence.

We focus on budgeting, credit counseling, credit repair and financial assistance resources. We also can refer you to a reputable financial advisor if it's helpful to you. All correspondence is confidential and completely voluntary. Counselors are available to our members at no cost.

This interactive workshop shows you how to use credit wisely to help you to establish a positive payment history.

Good credit is vital for you to qualify for lower rates on future credit, including car loans, mortgages, credit cards, and personal loans. Your credit standing will also affect your insurance cost, employment opportunities and housing options.
